For every bike that has been hanging around in the house for awhile, regardless whether they have seen loads of mileage or not, would mean there is something about it that makes it hard to decommision or sell off. Anything stripped down or sold off within 6 months of being built is probably not worth mentioning.
So it has boiled down to another hard decision... and tonight I decided its time to dissect and reconstruct.... 2 bikes into one. Space constraints and lack of time to ride all that many bikes.... haiz. Sad but at least a bit of both would reside in one. Gonna miss the dodgy ss city commuter/cargo rig...

realized quite a bit about the Pugs now having work on it for a whole evening. That was pretty much the first time that the rear wheel was taken off since getting it home. Ok now I know to remove from a horizontal dropout, first the disc brake caliper has got to come off! Certainly not looking forward to getting flats...
First cut, dodgy look, lacking a number of parts and proper racks. "Gear box shift" location scouted but need to find some old bar to cut off before putting it in that unconventional spot. Hmm maybe its time to break out those bar-con shifter with Paulie adapter for something to make the Pugs a little more different!
What a beauty!
